Hospice & Palliative Care Lincoln County
Hospice of Lincoln County began serving patients in Lincolnton in 1987 and, ten years later, merged with Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region to form Hospice & Palliative Care Lincoln County (HPCLC).  Working from a home base in Lincolnton, HPCLC serves patients primarily in Lincoln, Catawba, and Gaston counties.  Throughout its history, Hospice & Palliative Care Lincoln County has tried to increase public awareness of hospice and maintain quality care for its patients.
